Returns

All returns must have prior authorization and a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. There will be no refunds or credit issued for items returned without prior authorization.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return your NapAnywhere®.

Refunds

As with any product, the NapAnywhere® may not be effective for everyone. Please know that the NapAnywhere® is providing comfort to thousands of people all over the world. We have received written accolades from hundreds of satisfied customers. Our return rate is very low (below 1%). Also know that the NapAnywhere® staff is available to help answer your questions so you can get the most benefit out of our product. The NapAnywhere® is a personal item. Once used it will not be offered for resale. If you must return the NapAnywhere®, we understand.

Please contact dave@napanywhere.net to arrange for a return. Once we have received your NapAnywhere® and any accessories we will notify you and will give you an approximate date for when you may expect your credit or refund. You will be refunded the entire purchase price minus only the initial postage and handling charges. Any defective units will be exchanged for a new NapAnywhere®. Thank you for your interest in our product!

To Obtain an RGA Number:

Send an email to Dave@NapAnywhere.net and request to return your NapAnywhere® along with the reason why you are not satisfied. Sometimes you may just need a little extra help or explanation to be 100% Satisfied.

Once you have your RGA Number, please include it on the return label and in any paperwork that you include inside the package.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your NapAnywhere®. All Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
